    I'm so glad I have found your channel. I'm 3 years post op for a spinal fusion and I have been struggling to do a reformer workout that doesn't put my back in flexion. I thought I was going to break up with my reformer... Now I can't wait to progress from teaching mat to the reformer. At last. Thank-you!

    I got some ideas about muscles I should strengthen from this video. Some of it was not easy to do on my home Metro IQ reformer, which is flat on the floor and I wondered I why I spent so much time switching equipment in and out, which again, is not easy on a reformer that is flat on the floor. For me, the flow of Pilates is a spiritual experience, and this routine didn’t flow. My favorite move in the whole program was the one sitting on the edge of the reformer facing the wall, with the foot from the leg closest to the footbar, leg straight, pulling toward the bar. I don’t think I’ll get any awards for the clarity of that description! I will use bits and pieces of this routine in my own routines.

      Typically the rule of thumb is to exhale when are exhorting the most energy and inhale when not.

    I just moved up to level 1.5 at my studio, and we did that plank series on the reformer (after 2 sets of planks on the mat) 😩. I didn’t look NEARLY as graceful as you do; I was fighting for my life out there😆

    I'm loving your workouts and trying to incorporate more tower workouts. On my Balanced Body Reformer Tower (Studio), I have long purple springs. Is this comparable to the long red springs? Thanks in advance! I'm loving your workouts and trying to incorporate more tower workouts.

    Are the exercises with jump board good for osteoarthritis prevention? It seems that the feet land with top of feet first right? And I thought that jumping and landing on heels is better of bone strength?

      Jumpboard is good to create and maintain bone density which can also help with inflammation prevention.

    There were 8 fast food ads served in just 20mins. I understand this is not a paid channel, but that many ads is ludicrous. I like your other videos, but 4x ad blocks in 20mins; if I only have 20mins to train in one day: I’ll have to choose an alternative
